Sausage Stuffed Pepper Rings Hot Logic or Crock Pot

Today I'm sharing one of my favorite recipes for a slow cooker or a Hot Logic portable cooker. 

This 9 x 13 dish worked out nicely for placing the stuffed rings evenly on the bottom; however, if you use a slow cooker, you could stack the rings with the mini ravioli separating the layers.  You could even bake the dish in the oven, as an alternative.  It's absolutely delicious!
